Come and celebrate your special day at Woolwich Works! The venue is fully licensed for weddings and civil partnerships. Knight Gallery is one of our most adaptable rooms. This ground floor space can accommodate capacities of 108 for dinner or 130 theatre-style, and can be used in combination with our Beanfeast room for events where more than one room is desired. All four walls are finished in the original exposed brick, with sash windows that look onto our courtyard. A private entrance from the riverside can be used for events with guests arriving by boat.




Frequently asked questions

Knight Gallery can accommodate 108 guests for dinner or 130 guests in theatre-style seating. The space can be combined with the Beanfeast room for larger events requiring more than one room.

Vehicle access is only allowed on site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or breakdown the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance with the venue.

Woolwich Works works with five handpicked caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events. You can use your own caterer, but there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra charges, and for requirements beyond in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV team White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view what's available on their website, though specific furniture items and availability aren't guaranteed without advance confirmation.

The venue requires adequate lead time for events, particularly for larger capacities. Based on correspondence, they may not accommodate events with short lead times or may have limited availability on certain dates, especially for November bookings.

Yes, there's a £500 + VAT admin fee for setting up your own AV supplier on their system, plus a 10% charge on the final invoice. The same fee structure applies to external caterers (£500 + VAT setup fee plus 10% commission).

Security/hosts are available at £35 per hour for 2 staff with a minimum 5-hour call per staff member (10 hours minimum total). Additional technicians beyond the included support are available at £310 + VAT per day.
