What are the total costs including all mandatory charges?

All minimum food and beverage spends are subject to a mandatory 15% service charge. For example, Claude's £5,000 minimum becomes £5,750 total, Itamae's £8,000 becomes £9,200 total, and the Bar & Lounge's £10,000 becomes £11,500 total. The minimum spend must be prepaid as a deposit when signing the contract and is redeemed against the final bill on the event day.

What are the standard operating hours for dining events?

Most dining events operate from 18:00 until 00:00 (6pm to midnight). Some lunch events can run from 12:00-16:00, and there may be flexibility for earlier setup times around 16:30 for event teams. The venue can accommodate events running until late night or 1am depending on the space and arrangement.

What dining options are required for groups?

All guests must dine from the same set menu for groups of nine and over. Sample group dining menus start from £95 per person and are served sharing style at the table, featuring dishes from four distinct kitchens curated by Executive Chef Jordan Sclare. The venue accommodates dietary requirements including vegan and vegetarian alternatives, but everyone must follow the same menu format.

What entertainment and technical facilities are available?

The Bar & Lounge includes a live DJ and DJ booth for standing events. Claude's has a DJ booth available for standing events only.
