Frequently asked questions

The Wardour dining room costs £1,700 including VAT for 9am-5pm hire. This includes complimentary self-service filter tea & coffee, still/sparkling mineral water (4 still and 4 sparkling bottles), and access to a 60" plasma smart TV screen with Wi-Fi and PA system. Additional items like flipchart & pens cost £18, and all food & beverage purchases incur a mandatory 15% service charge.

The Wardour can accommodate up to 22 guests seated. The room features natural daylight, mood lighting, and views of Shaftesbury Avenue, making it suitable for intimate private dining experiences, meetings, and small celebrations.

You can choose from two dining options: a working lunch in the room (requiring pre-order by Wednesday before your event) or a table in their restaurant with a Reduced A La Carte Menu. Fresh in-house pastries are available for £4.50 each for breakfast. You also receive a 20% discount on food when dining in the main Dining Room.

Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited from being brought into the meeting rooms. All catering must be ordered through Century Club's in-house options, and a 15% service charge applies to all food and beverage purchases made on the day.

Century Club opens at 8:30am, and the standard Wardour room hire runs from 9am-5pm for £1,700. The venue can accommodate different timing requirements, but as a private members club, availability may be limited during peak member hours.

The room includes a 60" plasma smart TV screen, Wi-Fi, and PA system at no extra charge. Flipchart and pens can be added for £18. The room has plug-in capabilities for laptops, and there's a wine/bottle fridge available for use.

Working lunch orders must be placed by the Wednesday before your meeting date. Menus change monthly, so you may need to receive updated menus closer to your event date. Fresh pastries for breakfast can be pre-ordered and are made in-house every morning.

Once you confirm your booking, Century Club will send a payment link to secure the room. The £1,700 room hire fee includes VAT and covers the standard 9am-5pm timeframe. Any food and beverage orders are charged separately on the day with the mandatory 15% service charge.

Century Club has minimum spend requirements and may decline bookings if the budget doesn't meet their standards. They operate as an upscale private members club, so pricing reflects the premium nature of the venue and service level provided.
