Room hire costs vary by space, with the Stanley Stephenson Lounge at £1,200 + VAT for the day (up to 200 people capacity). The base price includes exclusive use for 6-8 hours (all events must end at 12am), bespoke room setup, dedicated Event Manager on the day, security/hospitality/bar staff, cleaning, complimentary WiFi, onsite parking, and early access for setup subject to availability.
Can I bring external catering or hire my own caterers?
No, external catering is strictly prohibited. All food and beverage must be provided by Selhurst Park's in-house catering team, though they can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Buffets are open for 2 hours maximum and leftover food cannot be taken home due to food safety policy.
What are the capacity limits and accessibility options for different spaces?
The Stanley Stephenson Lounge accommodates up to 200 people but is located on the 2nd floor with no lifts or step-free access, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. Other spaces may have different capacity limits and accessibility features.
What AV equipment is included and what are the technical requirements?
Each room includes LCD mounted TV screens for slideshows or graphics (free of charge), LCD projector and screen, conference phone, and sound system. Artwork must be submitted 2 business days prior in PowerPoint or .mov format. External DJs require public liability insurance and PAT testing documentation 7 days before the event.
Are there restrictions on event dates and what affects availability?
The venue is closed on December 23rd and cannot host events then. Availability is also affected by Crystal Palace FC home matches - private parties cannot be held on match days. Premier League fixtures are typically released in summer, so availability for certain dates may not be confirmed until then.
What are the decoration and setup policies?
Linen and table numbers are included in the room hire fee. External decorators are permitted but must provide PAT testing and public liability documentation for electrical equipment. No decorations can be tacked onto walls, and all external suppliers must meet insurance requirements.
How does the bar service work and what are the pricing options?
Each space has a fully staffed bar within the room. You can either choose a cash bar where guests pay individually, or arrange for drinks to be included in packages. Festive packages range from £65-£75 + VAT per person and include half a bottle of wine per person plus other beverages.

Three festive packages are available: 'Dress to Impress' Joiner Party (£65 + VAT pp, fixed December 13th date), Festive Fizz & Bowl Food Private Party (£70 + VAT pp), and 'A Crystal Christmas' Private Party (£75 + VAT pp).
