Taking cues from London's rich arts scene, The Gallery blends visual beauty and functional versatility with seven adjoining meeting rooms. In partnership with some of London's most iconic art institutions, The Gallery presents and inspiring collection of seven meeting rooms decorated with original art. The rooms are all connected to a spacious lounge and can be customised to suit different purposes and a variety of private dining experiences.



Frequently asked questions

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35.00 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour booking required. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional guards may be needed based on event nature. Security is also required during full setup and de-rig periods.

Standard event timing examples show access from 8:00am-17:30pm including setup and de-rig, with meetings typically running 11:00am-17:00pm. Setup periods are usually allocated 4 hours before event start (7:00am-11:00am), with 30-minute de-rig periods. Extended hours may require pricing review.

The Gallery offers customizable dining experiences including arrival experiences, afternoon experiences, and The Londoner Gallery Farmers Market Experience. Packages include tea and coffee service, bottled water per person, and access to seasonal sample menus. Specific menu details require consultation with the events team.

The venue offers "joint first option" holds while clients make decisions, with specific hold periods varying by event date.
