The Green Room costs £130 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, including room hire, setup, meeting time, and experiences. 8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden requires £3,000 room hire plus £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend. The Ballroom dinner package costs £180 per person with a minimum of 250 guests, plus £8,000 additional room hire for smaller groups. All rates are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 12.5-15% discretionary service charge.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour booking. One security guard is required per 100 guests, plus one additional guard for the full setup and de-rig periods. For a 150-person event, expect minimum security costs of £420 (2 guards × 6 hours × £35).

8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden accommodates maximum 150 people standing. The Green Room is suitable for meetings of 30+ people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 850 guests and is described as one of the largest event spaces in central London. The Gallery consists of seven adjoining meeting rooms that can be customized for various group sizes.

The Green Room includes basic AV with LED screens (70'-85') from £1,080, PA systems from £650, and microphones from £120. The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors, four large ceiling screens, motorized trusses with moving lights, line array sound system, wireless microphones, stage with lectern, and AMX control panel. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, starting from £4,200.

The Green Room operates 8:00-17:30 including setup and de-rig, with setup from 7:00-11:00am and meetings 11:00am-5:00pm. 8 at The Londoner events run 5pm-1am. The Ballroom dinner events typically run 6:00pm-1:00am with setup from 6:00-7:00pm and de-rig until 2:00am. Any extension of standard timings may require pricing review.

The Green Room includes arrival experience, afternoon experience, farmers market experience, and tea/coffee with lunch. 8 at The Londoner requires £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend with seasonal Japanese menu. Ballroom dinner package includes champagne arrival, 3 canapés, three-course menu, tea/coffee with petit fours, half bottle house wine and water per person. Any shortfall in minimum spend is charged as additional room hire.

External AV providers incur a charge starting from £3,600. The venue provides in-house AV teams and catering services. Storage arrangements may be required for events, and furniture removal from spaces like 8 at The Londoner may be necessary to accommodate larger guest numbers and event vision.

Events are offered on 'first option' basis with specific hold periods until confirmation dates. The venue requires confirmation of guest numbers to finalize pricing, as packages are based on minimum commitments.
