In partnership with some of London's most iconic art institutions, The Gallery presents an inspiring collection of seven meeting rooms decorated with original art. The rooms are all connected to a spacious lounge and can be customised to suit different purposes and a variety of events.

The Green Room costs £130 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, including room hire, setup, meeting time, and experiences. 8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden requires £3,000 room hire plus £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend. The Ballroom dinner package is £180 per person with a minimum of 250 guests, plus £8,000 additional room hire for smaller groups. All rates are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 12.5-15% discretionary service charge.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard with a minimum of 6 hours. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and one guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings. For a 100-person event, expect minimum security costs of £210 (£35 x 6 hours).

8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden accommodates maximum 150 people standing. The Green Room is suitable for meetings from 30 people minimum. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 850 guests and is described as one of the largest event spaces in central London. Gallery meeting rooms vary in size and can be combined for larger groups.

Events typically run with specific timing windows - for example, Green Room events include setup from 7:00am-11:00am, meeting from 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig from 5:00pm-5:30pm. 8 at The Londoner events can run from 5pm-1am. Setup and de-rig times are included in quotes and extending these timings may require pricing review.

The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art AV with Christie projectors, four large screens, motorised trusses with moving lights, line array sound system, wireless microphones, stage with lectern, and AMX control panel. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, with pricing starting from £4,200. Gallery rooms include 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV, wireless presenting, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Yes, most spaces have minimum spend requirements. 8 at The Londoner requires £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend, while Gallery rooms require £200 minimum spend plus venue hire. Any shortfall in minimum spend is charged as additional room hire. The Ballroom dinner package has a 250-guest minimum, with additional room hire of £8,000 for smaller groups.

The Green Room package includes Arrival Experience, Afternoon Experience, Londoner Gallery Farmers Market Experience, tea and coffee during lunch, and bottled water. Ballroom dinner packages include champagne on arrival, three canapes, three-course seasonal menu, tea and coffee with petit fours, half bottle of house wine per person, and bottled water. 8 at The Londoner offers seasonal Japanese cuisine from a reduced menu.

External AV providers can be used but incur an External AV Provider Charge starting from £3,000. The venue has comprehensive in-house AV capabilities across all major event spaces, with technician support available from £3,500. Using in-house AV with venue technicians is often more cost-effective than external providers.
