The Green Room costs £130 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, including room hire, setup, meeting time, and experiences. 8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden requires £3,000 room hire plus £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend. Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard with a minimum of 6 hours. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and one guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings.
