The Londoner

The Green Room costs £130 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, including room hire, setup, meeting time, and experiences. 8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden requires £3,000 room hire plus £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend. The Ballroom dinner package costs £180 per person with a minimum of 250 guests, plus £8,000 additional room hire for smaller groups. All rates are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 12.5-15% discretionary service charge.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard with a minimum of 6 hours. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and one guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings. For a 150-person event, expect to pay £210 minimum (£35 x 6 hours) for one guard.

8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden accommodates maximum 150 people standing. The Green Room is suitable for meetings of 30+ people. Events typically run with setup from 7:00am-11:00am, event time 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig 5:00pm-5:30pm for meetings. Evening events like receptions run 5pm-1am. The Ballroom dinner package includes setup 6:00pm-7:00pm, event 6:00pm-1:00am, and de-rig 1:00am-2:00am. Any extension of standard timings may require pricing review.

Gallery rooms include wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV, wireless presenting, and touch panel controls at no extra charge. The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors, four large screens, motorized trusses with moving lights, line array sound system, wireless microphones, stage with lectern, and ambient lighting. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, starting from £4,200 for Ballroom events.

External AV providers incur a charge starting from £3,600. The venue offers in-house catering with set menus, and any external catering arrangements would need approval. All events include dedicated events manager, private cloakroom, Wi-Fi access, and private entrance where applicable.
