Frequently asked questions

The Gallery features seven adjoining meeting rooms that can accommodate various group sizes. Individual rooms like Somerset House and The National Gallery suit 10-12 people, while the Green Room handles up to 30 guests minimum. Rooms can be configured for different meeting styles and the adjoining nature allows for flexible space combinations depending on your event requirements.

Standard meeting packages include specific timing windows - for example, the Green Room operates 8:00-17:30 including setup and derig, with actual meeting time from 11:00-17:00. Setup typically runs 7:00-11:00am, with derig from 17:00-17:30pm. Any extension beyond quoted timings may require pricing review and additional charges.

Gallery rooms include comprehensive built-in AV: wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV 4K, Barco ClickShare wireless presenting, AMX 10-inch touch panels for full system control, Bluetooth connectivity, and electronic signage screens outside each room. This equipment is included at no additional charge when part of meeting packages.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional guards are needed for the full setup and derig periods. For a 30-person meeting, this adds £210 minimum (1 guard × 6 hours × £35) to your total costs.

The Green Room package includes arrival experience, afternoon experience, The Londoner Gallery Farmers Market experience, tea and coffee during lunch, and a bottle of still or sparkling water per person. Additional catering must meet minimum F&B spend requirements, with sample menus available through The Londoner Events team.

Bookings are offered on "joint first option" basis with specific hold periods (example shows hold until Friday 21st March 2025). Quotes are subject to availability upon confirmation, and any shortfall in minimum guest numbers will be charged as additional room hire. All rates are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of the 12.5% discretionary service charge.

External AV providers incur additional charges, with external AV provider fees starting from £3,000. The venue provides comprehensive in-house AV capabilities, and using external suppliers may require approval and additional coordination fees. All equipment pricing is subject to availability upon confirmation.

Any shortfall in minimum guest numbers will be charged as additional room hire. For example, if you book the Green Room's 30-person minimum but only have 25 attendees, you'll still pay for 30 people (£3,900 total). Similarly, if F&B minimum spends aren't reached, the difference is charged as room hire to meet the total commitment.
