In partnership with some of London's most iconic art institutions, The Gallery presents an inspiring collection of seven meeting rooms decorated with original art. The rooms are all connected to a spacious lounge and can be customised to suit different purposes and a variety of set ups

The Green Room costs £130 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, including room hire, setup, meeting time, and experiences. 8 at The Londoner requires £3,000 room hire plus £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend for exclusive use. The Ballroom dinner package is £180 per person with a 250-guest minimum, plus £8,000 additional room hire for smaller groups. All rates are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 12.5-15% discretionary service charge.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour booking. One security guard is required per 100 guests, plus one additional guard for the full setup and de-rig periods. For a 100-guest event, expect minimum security costs of £420 (2 guards × 6 hours × £35).

8 at The Londoner and Shima Garden accommodate maximum 150 standing guests. The Green Room handles meetings for 30+ people. The Ballroom can seat up to 850 guests and is described as one of London's largest event spaces. Gallery meeting rooms vary in size and can be combined for larger groups.

Events typically run with specific time slots - Green Room meetings from 11:00am-5:00pm with setup from 7:00am-11:00am and de-rig until 5:30pm. Evening events like at 8 at The Londoner run 5pm-1am. The Ballroom allows setup from 6:00pm with events ending at 1:00am and de-rig until 2:00am.

Gallery rooms include wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV, wireless presenting, and Bluetooth connectivity at no extra charge. The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors, motorised trusses, line array sound system, and stage with lectern. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, with pricing starting from £4,200 for Ballroom AV support.

Minimum spends vary by space - £16,000 for 8 at The Londoner, £200 for Gallery rooms. If the minimum food and beverage spend is not reached, the shortfall is charged as additional room hire. This is separate from the base room hire fees and applies to all venues.

The Green Room £130 per person rate includes Arrival Experience, Afternoon Experience, Londoner Gallery Farmers Market Experience, tea and coffee during lunch, bottled water per person, and dedicated events manager. Additional catering like three-course meals, champagne receptions, and canapés are available as add-ons with separate pricing.

Venues offer spaces on "first option" or "joint first option" with specific deadlines for confirmation. For example, Green Room availability was offered on joint first option until Friday 21st March 2025. Clients must confirm by the specified deadline or the option expires and space becomes available to other bookers.

External AV providers incur a charge starting from £3,600. The venue has in-house AV teams and preferred suppliers. All events require dedicated events managers and specific setup/de-rig windows must be observed. Additional costs may apply for extended timing beyond quoted periods.

All quoted rates are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of discretionary service charges. Service charges are 12.5% for most spaces and 15% for 8 at The Londoner. These charges apply to the total bill including food, beverage, and additional services, and are added on top of the quoted prices.
