Private Suite 11 is indivdually designed in a signature colour to make the most of the contemporary design. The beautifully decorated room can host a stylish boardroom for up to 6 delegates and is ideal for a networking lunch. Located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor making it easy to hold separatemeetings in close proximity.



Frequently asked questions

The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and requires a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build your own package but actual costs may be higher depending on your requirements.

The May Fair Theatre offers a Screening Package at £2,200 inclusive of VAT and a Q&A Package at £650 inclusive of VAT. The theatre has a maximum capacity of 201 guests and access is available from 18:30 onwards.

The Day Delegate Rate is £120 per person per day with a minimum of 90 attendees chargeable. It includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water during meetings and breaks, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

Hotel policy requires security for all events over 50 guests at a rate of 1 security guard per 50-100 guests. Security costs £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement.

Private Suite 1, 2, and 3 each have a room hire cost of £2,000 inclusive of VAT. These spaces are located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor, making them ideal for separate meetings in close proximity.

The Crystal Ballroom accommodates 230 guests in theatre setup, The May Fair Theatre seats 201 people, and the Danziger Suite is ideal for large dinners and conferences. The biggest space can host 220 guests only in theatre layout - seated functions for 220 delegates are not possible.

Quotes are offered as 'Joint 1st option' meaning spaces are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis to multiple clients on the same dates. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which Edwardian Hotels London reserves the right to re-quote.

All meeting rooms include free WiFi access, air conditioning, LCD projector, screen, dimmer controls, and room control systems. The May Fair Theatre includes an 8m screen and PA system as part of the screening and Q&A packages.

Tea and coffee breaks and lunch for Day Delegate Rate events are hosted at The May Fair Atrium. The venue offers three-course Christmas dinner packages, working buffet lunches, and can accommodate halal catering requirements with no alcohol options available.

For 2026 meeting and event bookings made in advance, there is an additional enhanced commission of 3% available. The venue also offers 15% commission on flexible bed & breakfast rates during promotional periods.
