The Pacific Ballroom presents an impressive space for exclusive events. Accommodating up to 400 guests with a private separate entrance leading from Bishopsgate Plaza, the Ballroom boasts state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology to enhance all events. Regarded as one of the top social, celebratory and conference venues in London, the Pacific Ballroom can also be split into two separate sound-proofed rooms. The pre-function area, staffed cloakroom and VIP Room complete the Ballroom exclusive hire.

The venue offers several pricing models: Day Delegate Rate packages from £160-£195 per person (including catering, AV, and room hire), dinner packages from £165 per person, dry hire rates of £17,500 for the Pacific Ballroom, and minimum spend requirements ranging from £1,300-£10,000 depending on the space. All rates include VAT but exclude 12.5% service charge.

The Pacific Ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests and can be split into two soundproofed rooms. Green Dragon and Magpie holds up to 50 guests in banquet layout, Ginger Lily Bar has a maximum capacity of 150 for exclusive hire, and Newton private dining room seats up to 12 people. Theatre-style layouts can accommodate more guests than banquet setups.

A 12.5% service charge is mandatory on all bookings and excluded from quoted prices. Security officers are compulsory for certain events at £27 per hour with minimum requirements (typically 4 officers for 6 hours minimum). TV screens cost £325 when required, and all additional charges must be settled by the primary host on the day of the event.

Full payment upfront and a signed event agreement are required to guarantee bookings. Cancellations within 30 days incur charges equivalent to the minimum spend or room rental fee, while cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive full refunds. Guest number reductions within 7 business days may result in charges based on original food and beverage requirements.

Events typically run from 18:30-23:30 for dinners, with day events from 08:00-17:00. Last-minute bookings (next day) cannot be accommodated due to time constraints. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date, and setup access timing is flexible upon request.

Catering ranges from 4 canapés at £25 per person to 3-course menus at £98 per person. Champagne starts at £99 per bottle, house wine at £48, beer at £8, and soft drinks at £5. Minimum food and beverage spends vary by space: £1,300 for Newton, £3,000-£4,500 for Ginger Lily Bar, and £10,000 for larger exclusive hires.

Integrated 4K LED screens and webcam facilities are included in most spaces, along with WiFi and background music. The venue provides 65-inch AV screens with video conferencing capability in Newton, and staging is available for the Pacific Ballroom. External AV suppliers can be arranged subject to approval.

Pacific Ballroom hire includes private entrance, pre-function area, staffed cloakroom, private bathrooms, and VIP room accommodating up to 8 people. Ginger Lily Bar exclusive hire includes the full bar and lounge area. All exclusive hires come with event spaces fully privatised and accessible during contracted hours.

The venue frequently experiences full bookings on requested dates, particularly for popular periods. Provisional holds can be arranged, but confirmation requires signed agreements and full payment. Events requiring extensive setup or external suppliers need longer lead times, and the venue cannot accommodate same-day or next-day bookings.

External caterers and suppliers are subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners for specialized requirements like kosher catering. All external arrangements must be pre-approved, and additional supplier costs are separate from venue minimum spends.
