What are the dimensions and key features of The Studio space?

The Studio is 70 square meters with white walls, ceilings, and floors. It features ground floor access with no steps, controllable lighting from outside, a galley kitchen, bathroom facilities, and a commando socket for power needs.

What equipment and props can be provided or hired at the venue?

The venue can supply yoga mats, plants for styling, and equipment including stands, lights, poly boards, and sand bags. They also have an in-house photographer available if required, with additional lights and equipment available to hire.

Is parking available and what does it cost?

Parking is available a few minutes away from the venue at £15 per vehicle for all day. You can unload directly at the gate for easy access and setup, with no height restrictions for vehicles including Luton vans.

Can I access additional spaces beyond The Studio?

Yes, The Library Lounge can be added as an additional space across the hall, ideal for cast, hair & makeup, crew, and equipment storage. The combined hire of The Studio and Library for a full day costs £1,600.

What are the noise conditions for filming with dialogue?

The venue is suitable for audio recording and dialogue filming. They regularly host shoots requiring sound recording, including BBC productions, and audio is shot on an almost daily basis without issues.

Can I drop off props or equipment the evening before my shoot?

The venue can accommodate prop drop-offs the evening before your shoot. You'll need to arrange this in advance and will receive specific access codes and instructions for the space.

What is the booking and payment process?

Full payment is required in advance to secure the booking. Once confirmed, you'll receive an invoice and access instructions including codes for The Studio (Unit 50). Payment confirmation is required before access details are provided.

Are there catering options available for workshops or meetings?

Refreshments can be arranged at £10 per person. The venue has kitchen facilities available, and external caterers can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

What setup arrangements can be made for specific event layouts?

The venue can set up specific seating arrangements in advance, such as crescent moon shapes or other configurations. The space can be cleared completely for filming or arranged with tables and chairs for workshops and meetings.
