Package 1: £17-£19 per person (½ bottle wine or 2-3 beers or 3-4 soft drinks, water). Package 2: £27-£29 per person (welcome Farzi Royale cocktail, ½ bottle wine or 2-3 beers or 3-4 soft drinks, water). Package 3: £39-£48 per person (3-hour bottomless drinks including welcome cocktail, house wine, beer, water). Alternatively, guests can order à la carte or you can arrange bespoke consumption-based packages.
Can I bring my own DJ and what entertainment options are available?
You can bring your own DJ at no additional cost with space and setup provided. Alternatively, Farzi can arrange a DJ for £450-£500 plus VAT, including microphone, speakers, and lights. They also offer karaoke, Bollywood singers/dancers, and a 75-inch Smart TV for presentations or displays.
What are the available time slots and do you have late licensing?
Private dining room: 5pm-8:30pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm sittings. Events typically run until 11:30pm or midnight. The venue does not have late licensing until 3am. For longer events, you can book both time slots with combined minimum spend requirements.
What food options are available and can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Options include à la carte ordering, House Set menus, Group Taste of Farzi menus, canapés, bowl food, and buffet-style dining. All dietary requirements are accommodated including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and pescatarian options which can be incorporated into group menus. You can also bring your own cake.
What deposit is required and when is payment due?
A 50% deposit is typically required to confirm bookings, with the remaining balance settled on the day of the event. For some bookings, a secure credit card link is provided to finalize reservations. Prices can be locked in upon confirmation with the deposit payment.
What decorations and personal touches are allowed?
You can decorate tables but confetti is not permitted. You're allowed to bring your own cake, set up photo booths, use the Smart TV to display images or videos, and bring your own spirits (corkage charges apply). The venue can also arrange personalized menu cards if desired.
Can I bring my own alcohol and what are the corkage policies?
You can bring your own spirits with corkage charges applying, but mixers and other drinks must be purchased from the venue. All other alcoholic beverages (wine, beer) must be purchased through Farzi's drinks packages or à la carte menu.
