Frequently asked questions

The Events Space alone costs £450 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking (£1,350 + VAT minimum). For the combined Events Space & Business Lounge, the rate is £1,000 + VAT per hour with a 3-hour minimum (£3,000 + VAT minimum). If booking only the Events Space, all breaks and food must be consumed inside that space, but the combined booking allows use of the separate Business Lounge for networking and breaks.

The Events Space accommodates up to 100 guests in theatre or standing format, 56 guests in cabaret style (7 tables of 8), or 32 guests in classroom setup. When booking the combined Events Space & Business Lounge, you get the same main space capacities plus the Business Lounge which can accommodate up to 40 additional people for networking or breaks.

Security is mandatory at £250 + VAT for any events running after 18:00. Setup access is included for 1 hour before your event starts complimentary, but additional setup time will incur extra charges. An event manager is provided on-site during your event at no additional cost.

Breakfast options range from £4 + VAT per person (tea, coffee, biscuits) to £16 + VAT per person (tea, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, juices). Lunch is £22 + VAT per person (sandwiches, crisps, popcorn, desserts, fruit, soft drinks). For networking events, canapés cost £13 + VAT per person or nuts/olives/crisps for £4.50 + VAT per person, with soft drinks at £5 + VAT per person.

No, alcoholic drinks cannot be accommodated at the Farringdon venue. If alcohol is essential for your event, HubHub has an alternative venue in Shoreditch that can serve alcoholic beverages.

Date holds are typically released within 48 hours if no confirmation is received. The venue will follow up before releasing the hold, but you should confirm your booking promptly to secure your preferred date.

The venue provides screens, projectors, microphones, and basic AV setup. An event manager is on-site during your event to assist with technical needs. You can bring your own laptop to connect to the presentation equipment, and flipcharts can be provided upon request.

You receive 1 hour of complimentary setup access before your event start time. If you need additional setup time beyond this, extra charges will apply. All visitors must be registered with reception in advance, requiring first and last names for access.

Individual meeting rooms are available ranging from 6-16 people capacity, with hourly rates from £60-£120 + VAT depending on room size. However, the venue cannot accommodate large numbers of simultaneous breakout rooms - for events requiring 3-4 breakout spaces of 15 people each, the Business Lounge may serve as an alternative breakout area.

If booking only the Events Space (£450/hour), all breaks and food must be consumed inside the events space itself. For cabaret setups with 40 or fewer guests, food can be laid out at the back of the room. To have separate areas for breaks and networking, you must book the combined Events Space & Business Lounge package (£1,000/hour).
