What are the pricing packages for private bingo events and what's included?

Three packages are available: Package 1.0 at £35pp (£29pp off-peak) includes six rounds of bingo, one house drink, and sharing bites/fries. Package 2.0 at £45pp (£39pp off-peak) includes six rounds of bingo, two house drinks, and sharing bites/sticks/fries. Package 3.0 at £59pp (£49pp off-peak) includes six rounds of bingo, one welcome cocktail, three house drinks, and sharing bites/sticks/fries. All prices plus 12.5% service charge.

What are the minimum spend requirements for private events?

Private game sessions before opening hours (ending by 5pm) require a £4,000 + VAT minimum spend, totaling £5,400 including service charge if not exceeded. Full venue hire minimum spends vary by day: Monday £9,000, Tuesday £16,000, Wednesday £20,000, Thursday £28,000, Friday £32,000 (all plus VAT and 12.5% service charge). Evening events have different rates, such as £16,500 + VAT + service charge for December dates.

What capacity limits apply to different event types?

The main Hijingo room seats 200 guests with additional standing space available. The Lucky Cat reception bar accommodates up to 150 standing guests. For meetings and conferences, minimum 70 delegates required, maximum 200. Day delegate packages require minimum 80 attendees.

How long does a Hijingo bingo session last and what's included?

A full bingo session lasts 90 minutes total, consisting of a 30-minute bingo game, 15-minute interval, then another 30-minute bingo game. Each game offers 3 prizes ranging from robot hoovers to European holidays for 2 or £250 cash prizes. Winners go on stage with dancing bots for an interactive experience.

What are the booking requirements and payment terms?

To secure an event, you need a signed contract and 25% deposit of total cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the event date, along with dietary requirements and pre-orders for food, drinks, and activities. Holds on dates may be released without these secured.

What AV equipment and technical capabilities are available?

The venue includes 2 handheld microphones, two mirror screens with HDMI connection for presentations, stadium-grade lighting adjustable to company logo colors, and 2 additional TV screens in the Lucky Cat bar for branding. For hybrid events or additional tech requirements, partner company F1 Sound can provide quotes for specialized equipment.

What are the day delegate package options for meetings and conferences?

Half-day packages cost £40pp + VAT (breakfast or lunch, snack break, unlimited beverages). Full-day packages cost £55pp + VAT (breakfast, lunch, snack break, unlimited beverages). Both include room hire and AV equipment use. Example schedule: 8am organizer access, 9am guest arrival with breakfast, presentations until 1pm, optional afternoon bingo activity, ending by 5pm.

What timing restrictions apply to private events?

Private sessions before opening hours must end by 5pm sharp. Since bingo sessions last 90 minutes, the latest start time is 3:30pm. Evening events can run later, with some December slots allowing parties until midnight. Events typically require 90 minutes prep time for setup, decorations, and sound checks.

What food and beverage options are available beyond the packages?

Beyond standard packages, the venue offers day delegate menus with arrival breakfast, sandwich box lunches, and snack breaks. Additional pre-orders for food and drinks can be arranged, with any remaining minimum spend converted to a bar tab. The Lucky Cat Bar is available for post-bingo drinks and networking.

What additional services and branding options are included?

Company logos can be displayed on TV screens in the reception bar at no extra cost. Stadium-grade lighting can be adjusted to match company brand colors. Optional photobooth with company logo branding is available for additional cost. The venue can accommodate various event formats from cabaret-style seating to standing networking events.
