What deposit is required and how does the payment process work?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which counts towards your final bill or can be refunded the next working day if you meet your minimum spend. Deposits are paid via online payment link with a paid invoice provided.
What food and drink ordering requirements must I follow?
All food and drink pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event, along with any allergies or dietary requirements. The venue offers canapes to accommodate various dietary needs, with menus subject to seasonal changes.
What entertainment and AV equipment is available in the space?
The basement space includes a projector screen (HDMI/VGA compatible device required), possibility to play your own music or DJ, and dance floor space. Entertainment options like DJ, live band, drag artist, or magician are available at additional cost (POA).

Drink vouchers are only available for private hires, not semi-private bookings. For non-private events, you can set up a bar tab once you arrive at the venue.
What is the booking confirmation process and what documentation will I receive?
Bookings are confirmed through DesignMyNight with a booking reference number provided. You'll receive confirmation emails and reminder emails, with the balance deducted from your deposit payment on the day of the event.
How far in advance should I make food selections and what payment is required?
Food selections must be made and payment completed at least 7 days before your event. Additional payments for food include service charge and are processed through secure payment links provided by the venue.
