The venue offers an Exclusive Dinner Package at £99.00 per person for a minimum of 35 guaranteed guests, or £105.00 per person for smaller groups. This includes private room hire, arrival drink (sparkling wine or juice), 3-course set menu with tea/coffee and petit fours, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of water per person, and dedicated event planner. VAT at 20% and service charge are included.

The Canterbury Suite accommodates up to 50 guests in banqueting style and covers 65.33 sqm. The Ballroom Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for banqueting (150 for presentations) and covers 174.24 sqm. Both spaces are located on the 1st floor with natural daylight, air conditioning, heating, disabled access, and WiFi.

Spaces are typically held on 1st option for 1 week, with automatic release if not confirmed within this timeframe. Some bookings require decisions by specific deadlines (such as 5pm the following day for certain dates). Final event details must be submitted by noon on the Friday before the event, and any modifications after this deadline are subject to availability.

Wedding receptions typically run from 6pm to 11pm. The venue can accommodate events from 18:30 to 23:30 for dinner packages. Access times for setup and specific arrival times can be arranged, with some events requiring delivery coordination through the concierge team.

Additional drinks are charged on consumption basis beyond the included half bottle of wine per person. Printing services are available at £0.75 per page for double-sided colour A4 documents. Name tag printing can be arranged on place cards displaying the hotel name. A minimum drinks spend may be required for cocktail receptions, with £500-600 including VAT recommended for flexibility.

Cancellation charges apply as follows: 52-12 weeks prior = 30% of charges, 12-8 weeks = 50%, 8-4 weeks = 80%, and within 4 weeks = 100% of charges. These terms apply to all function-related costs and are calculated from the function start date or scheduled arrival date if sooner.

Room hire includes 1 screen and projector, WiFi, and basic AV setup. The Ballroom Suite can accommodate an in-house PA system with speakers and 2 wireless microphones for £250.00 including VAT. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through the venue's designated supplier or clients can bring their own equipment with proper documentation (PAT test, public liability, and RAMS forms).

The venue allows clients to bring decorations and external entertainment, though space limitations may apply depending on the room chosen. External suppliers require proper documentation including PAT test forms, public liability insurance, and risk assessment method statements (RAMS). Delivery arrangements must be coordinated with the concierge team in advance.

The venue offers an Exclusive Christmas Package at £115.00 per person for minimum 50 guests, including private room hire, arrival drink, 3-course festive set menu with tea/coffee and mince pies, half bottle of wine per person, Christmas tree, novelties and crackers, and dedicated event planner. This package includes VAT at 20% with no additional service charge.
