The Canterbury Suite offers an Exclusive Dinner Package at £99.00 per person for a minimum of 35 guaranteed guests. This includes private room hire, one arrival drink (sparkling wine or juice), 3-course set menu with tea/coffee and petit fours, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of water per person, dedicated event planner, VAT at 20% and service charge.

If the event is not confirmed and contracted within this timeframe, the venue reserves the right to release the space or offer it on a shared option to another booker. Some bookings may be held on shared option, meaning multiple parties can hold the same date until one confirms.

Cancellation charges apply based on timing: between 52-12 weeks prior (30% of charges), between 12-8 weeks (50% of charges), between 8-4 weeks (80% of charges), and within 4 weeks (100% of charges). Any changes to the original event request may be subject to requoting.

The Canterbury Suite covers 65.33 square meters and can accommodate up to 50 people in banqueting style. The space is located on the 1st floor of the Grade II listed building and features period architecture with contemporary amenities.
