The large long studio is furnished but has ample room for displaying objects for sale. It has a toilet and smaller sitting room attached. There are many walls for hanging art work and cabinets for storing objects. There are also ample tables and chairs for pop up supper clubs and discussion nights. Great for meetings, seminars, soirees, salons, conferences and kitchen available. Can seat 20 people dining at a long table or 50-60 people standing. There is also a connected large kitchen sitting room that can be included with room for another 30 people standing. A garden available for smoking.

This double fronted Victorian space is actually a secret Brixton venue hidden behind a shop front, on entering the building you are surprised and delighted by the unusual and uplifting New York style interior styled by the owner, design curator Rachael Barraclough. The house has an intimacy and unusual charm about it and healing crystals are secreted about the entire building! There is one large room to hire with an adjacent smaller sitting room. There is also a further connected large sitting room/kitchen available to rent too. This house is full of character and flair.
