The Gulbenkian room is the ideal setting for private dining with views of Park Crescent, and a beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room. The room has a beautiful grand Piano that can either be played or just incorporated into the decoration of the room. We offer you a blank canvas for a room that can be transformed by elegant table decorations to create the perfect setting for you and your guests.



Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 delegates. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit, sweet treat, water and juices, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart and pens, free Wi-Fi, and delegate stationery.

Venue 1 accommodates maximum 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The Gulbenkian Room has a maximum capacity of 48 in cabaret style. The Boardroom accommodates up to 30 people standing for catering purposes.

The Gulbenkian Room costs £1,200 (VAT exempt) for events like 12:30-6pm bookings. The Boardroom is £500 (VAT exempt) including screen, or £350 (inc VAT) when used as catering space. Nash and Portland rooms are available at £500 (VAT exempt) for catering use.

PA system with 1 handheld microphone costs £180 including VAT in Venue 1. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is required starting at £540 including VAT.

Working lunch for delegates costs £19.80 including VAT per person. Tea and coffee servings cost £8.40 including VAT per serving per person. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package costs £52.00 including VAT per person, including PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water.

Venue 2 is only available until 4pm as there may be another event starting at 4pm. The main room (Venue 1) is available for full day bookings, and some rooms like the Gulbenkian can be booked for specific time slots such as 12:30-6pm.

ISH Venues accepts PayPal payments and sends PayPal links for invoices. Payment processing is followed up if invoices remain unpaid, and the venue checks on their end if payments have been processed.

Last-minute number increases are accommodated when possible - one event successfully increased from 36 to 40 guests with just a few days notice. The venue updates function sheets and invoices accordingly when numbers change.

Venue 1 includes its own entrance, reception/registration area, and Green room that can be used for staff preparation space or prayer room. Venue 2 can be used as catering space free of charge when booking Venue 1, subject to availability.

Break timings should be provided as soon as possible after booking confirmation. The venue requests specific timings for arrival refreshments, morning breaks, lunch periods, and afternoon breaks to properly coordinate catering and service.
