What AV equipment is included and what setup is available for presentations?
The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen, the Rose room has a small TV, and the restaurant area has a big screen with projector. Microphones are available, but clients must bring their own HDMI cables. Theatre-style seating can accommodate up to 120 people across the three spaces combined.
How does the mini golf activity work for corporate groups?
Groups are split into teams of up to 6 guests, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. It takes around 30 minutes per team to complete the 9 holes. For larger groups, multiple courses can be used simultaneously to reduce total playing time.
What are the venue's operating hours and day-specific restrictions?
The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and does not host DJs on Sundays. Saturday bookings may have higher minimum spends than weekday events. The kitchen opens at 12:00, so food packages are only available from noon onwards.
