Six Park Place offers several dining packages: The Lily Wedding Package at £244 plus VAT per person (minimum 30 guests) includes one hour sparkling wine reception, 8 canapés, three-course dinner, half bottle house wine, champagne toast, and room hire. For gala dinners, packages start at £137 plus VAT per person (minimum 60 guests) including arrival sparkling wine, three-course meal, half bottle house wine, port, cheese platter, and room hire from 6pm-11pm. Christmas dinner packages are available at £139 plus VAT per person (minimum 100 guests) with one-hour sparkling reception, unlimited drinks until 11:30pm, festive three-course menu, decorations, and entertainment.

The Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 40 guests on round tables with space for a dance floor, or up to 80 guests on round tables for larger events. The Hall of India & Pakistan seats 120 guests on round tables or accommodates up to 150 standing for reception-style dining. Both spaces feature distinctive historic settings with modern amenities including integrated audio-visual systems and flexible layouts for different dining formats.

Minimum catering spends vary by space and event type, ranging from £1,500 plus VAT for smaller events to £6,000 plus VAT for larger functions. All bookings require 100% deposit of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or package price based on minimum numbers) within one week of confirmation. A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage, which can be opted out of if requested before final invoicing.

Access times vary by event type and space. Wedding dinners typically allow access from 6pm with full vacation by 11pm. Corporate dining events generally provide access from 12:30pm or 1pm with vacation by 9pm or 10pm. Day delegate packages include access from 8:30am to 5pm. All times must be strictly adhered to, and setup requirements should be discussed during booking to ensure adequate preparation time.

Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services. The venue produces exquisite menus through their Executive Chef and team, offering formal seated menus, bowl food, or interactive food stations. External catering companies are not permitted.

Entertainment varies by package - some include DJ and dance floor (such as Christmas packages), while others require additional costs. Piano hire is available at £200 plus VAT plus tuning, with pianist services starting from £250 for background music or £300 for performance-style sets. The Princess Alexandra Hall features integrated audio-visual systems and staging capabilities. All entertainment must be approved in advance by the events team.

Dining packages typically include white linen, dedicated event management, manned cloakroom, and basic audio-visual equipment (screen, projector, sound system, microphone, lectern where applicable). Wedding packages include silver cake stand and knife. Some packages include decorations (Christmas events feature table centerpieces and crackers). Overnight accommodation may be available at the clubhouse subject to availability.

Bookings require written confirmation with contact details for contracts and invoicing, plus relevant billing address. A signed contract and full deposit (100% of room hire and minimum catering spend or package price) must be provided within one week of confirmation. Popular dates book up quickly, so advance booking is recommended, especially for Christmas parties and summer events.

The venue operates strict payment terms with deposits covering both room hire and minimum catering spend. Specific cancellation policies are outlined in the signed contract, and all pricing is subject to VAT. Menu prices may be subject to change, particularly for events booked for the following year.
