The Main Hall is a versatile event space located on the third floor of a historic hop warehouse, featuring high ceilings, large windows, and skylights that fill the room with natural light and offer views of the Shard. Ideal for a range of events, it accommodates up to 300 guests for exhibitions, product launches, screenings, and more. Its flexibility and striking design create a perfect environment for making any event unforgettable.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire varies significantly by space and event type. The Main Hall costs £1,500-£4,500 + VAT with minimum F&B spend of £1,800-£2,000 + VAT. Room 201 costs £50-£76 + VAT per person (DDR packages) with 50-60 person minimums. Smaller rooms like Room 204 cost £350-£700 + VAT, while combined rooms 204&205 cost £850-£1,100 + VAT with £1,500 + VAT minimum catering spend. Weekend events incur an additional £500 + VAT staff fee.

The Main Hall accommodates up to 300 people theatre style or 200 cabaret style. Room 201 holds 100 theatre style or 72 cabaret style. Combined rooms 204&205 seat 100 theatre style, while Room 204 alone seats 20 boardroom style. Room 101 accommodates 100 theatre style or 72 cabaret style, and Room 105 holds up to 50 cabaret style.

A 10% deposit is required in advance via card payment for bookings. For smaller events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums. Any additions after the initial contract are invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

Security is mandatory for events running past 19:00, charged at £25 per hour + VAT with a minimum 4-hour shift. Evening staffing is also required at £25 + VAT per hour. These costs are in addition to room hire and catering minimums.

DDR packages range from £50-£89 + VAT per person including room hire, AV, and full catering (arrival refreshments, breaks, lunch). Drinks receptions cost £20-£28 + VAT per person per hour. Canapés range from £22-£62.50 + VAT per person (4-10 pieces), while bowl food costs £29-£51 + VAT per person. Three-course dinners are £70 + VAT per person.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors, lectern with microphone, Mini PC for presentations, Wi-Fi, and AV support. The Main Hall features PA system, 2x LCD projectors, multiple microphone types (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), infra-red hearing system, and dedicated AV technician. All spaces include basic presentation setup and technical support.

Most DDR packages require minimum attendee numbers: Room 201 requires 50-60 people minimum, Room 101 requires 50-80 people minimum, and the Main Hall requires 100 people minimum. Smaller rooms like Room 204 have no minimum but carry mandatory catering spends that effectively create group size requirements.

DDR packages typically run 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm. Evening hire starts from 18:00. Access is provided from the contracted start time, with room setup completed prior to arrival. Events requiring security must end by a reasonable hour, and weekend events incur additional staffing fees.

House wine, beer, and soft drinks packages cost £20-£55 + VAT per person per hour. Prosecco upgrades add £3-£8 + VAT per person. Cashless or account bars require £750 + VAT minimum spend - if not reached, the shortfall is added to your bill. All alcohol service requires appropriate timing allocations and may need extended bar arrangements.

Monday and Friday DDR promotions offer reduced rates (£50 + VAT per person vs standard rates). Weekend events incur an additional £500 + VAT staff fee. Some rooms may have different availability or pricing depending on the day, and multi-day bookings blocking large rooms require higher minimum daily catering spends (£1,000 + VAT per day).
