The Ruby private room (up to 65 guests) requires a minimum spend of £4,600-£5,200 including VAT plus 12.5% service charge, depending on timing and date. The Rose private room (up to 25 guests) has a minimum spend of £1,155-£1,500 including VAT plus 12.5% service charge. Semi-private areas start from £858 including VAT plus 12.5% service charge for smaller groups.

The Ruby private room accommodates up to 65 guests standing or 45 seated theatre-style. The Rose private room holds up to 25 guests standing or 15 seated. The restaurant area can accommodate up to 75 guests seated or 60 theatre-style. For larger events, interconnected spaces can accommodate up to 140-150 guests standing.

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to secure most bookings, with the balance due at least 30 days prior to the event date. For events within 30 days of booking, full non-refundable prepayment may be required. Drinks pre-orders and dietary requirements must be submitted at least 14-30 days before the event.

The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and DJs are not permitted on Sundays. Saturday bookings may have higher minimum spends than weekday events. Events can run until 23:00-00:00 depending on the day, but exclusive hires may end earlier if other events are scheduled.

Christmas packages are mandatory during the festive season and include globally inspired food served buffet-style, drinks, and mini golf. All guests must choose the same package unless dietary requirements apply. If package value is below minimum spend, the remaining balance must be used as a bar tab for additional food or drinks.

Groups are split into teams of up to 6 guests, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. It takes approximately 30 minutes per team to complete 9 holes. For larger groups, multiple courses can be used simultaneously - a group of 120 takes about 2 hours, while 30 guests take around 45 minutes to complete the game.

The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen, the Rose room has a small TV, and the restaurant area has a big screen with projector. Microphones are available in private rooms. HDMI cables must be brought by clients. Theatre-style seating can accommodate presentations for up to 120 guests across multiple connected spaces.

The venue operates on a live booking system where availability is subject to change until confirmed. Some bookings require full non-refundable prepayment due to a 30-day cancellation policy. Event contracts must be signed and returned along with the deposit to secure bookings.

A 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills. Mini golf costs £14 per person if not included in packages, though discounted rates of £10 per person may be available for meeting packages. All minimum spends are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Full venue hire (up to 650 guests standing) has minimum spends ranging from £27,500-£41,250 plus VAT depending on the date and time. Evening hire minimum spend can reach £46,000 plus 12.5% service charge. Food and drinks must be pre-ordered from the bar menu rather than packages for full venue hires.
