Mimo London Cooking School is spread out over two floors, with a design that winks to the Victorian-era history of the building, while remaining fully contemporary. Beautiful kitchens designed in collaboration with Roundhouse feature Caesarstone quartz worktops and top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances. Original features are still highlighed: fireplaces, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling sash windows. The first floor is a bright, sunlit space overlooking the market that features a 12-seat chef's table island, with a private dining room with a wine fridge and 10-person oval table.
