Underneath the glass roof of a Victorian flower market, the Galleries at London Transport Museum provide a bright and inspiring space for breakfast presentations and events. Guests enter through the impressive World City Walkway and are then immersed in two floors of London's rich transport history, including the first Metropolitan Line carriage and the latest transport technology In the newly launched Future Engineers gallery, guests can test their skills in the popular Elizabeth Line driving experience. Conveniently just a short walk from Charing Cross, Holborn and Covent Garden stations.



Frequently asked questions

The Cubic Theatre seats 110 guests in tiered seating, while the adjoining Cubic Foyer accommodates up to 80 guests for standing receptions. To hire both spaces from 09:00-17:00 costs £3,000 + VAT, with the Foyer only available for £2,500 + VAT. Extra hours are charged at £550 + VAT per hour.

All theatre AV is included: true 4K DCI cinema projection, large projection screen, Dolby Digital surround sound, lectern with desktop microphone, built-in stage, and basic microphone package (1 lectern mic, 1 handheld mic, 1 lapel mic). Additional microphones cost £35 + VAT each, and 4 poseur tables are provided.

One technician is available for the first hour of your hire. For events requiring more technical AV support throughout the duration, a dedicated Museum Technical Assistant can be booked for the full event at additional cost depending on requirements.

Benugo is the exclusive in-house caterer for the Cubic Theatre and Foyer spaces. External catering is not permitted, and all food and beverage must be provided through Benugo who will assist with menus and catering quotes.

Due to recent refurbishment, the Cubic Foyer now has a maximum capacity of 80 guests for standing receptions. If you have more than 80 guests, the venue advises organizing split breaks to ensure guest comfort.

All delegates receive complimentary entry into the Museum on the day of your event. The venue is conveniently located just a short walk from Charing Cross, Holborn and Covent Garden stations.

The daytime spaces can only host a maximum of 80 theatre style or 40 cabaret style during opening hours. The venue has no outdoor spaces or courtyard areas available for hire.

The venue has minimum pricing thresholds and will decline bookings that fall significantly below their rates. For screenings, the minimum cost is £3,000 + VAT, and budgets substantially below this level may be rejected.
