Earth Theatre costs £8,000+VAT for live day hire plus £4,000+VAT staffing, with build/derig days at £4,000+VAT each plus £1,000+VAT staffing per day. Earth Hall hire starts at £12,000+VAT for exclusive use including staffing, security, and PA/lighting. Earth Kitchen costs £2,000+VAT hire fee but requires a minimum £5,000 spend on drinks to make events viable.

What are the capacity limits for each space?

Earth Theatre seats up to 680 guests in theatre style or 700 total capacity. Earth Hall accommodates up to 1,200 standing guests. Earth Kitchen holds up to 300 guests and includes access to the roof terrace for additional outdoor space.

Can I book public or ticketed music events through online platforms?

No, EartH does not book any public music events or ticketed concerts through online platforms like Hirespace. These types of events must be booked directly with the venue through their standard booking process.

What's included in the venue hire fees?

All venue hire includes full event staffing, security, venue PA and lighting packages, plus pre and post-event cleaning. Earth Theatre and Hall packages also include exclusive access to backstage green rooms and the roof terrace when booking the whole venue.

What are the minimum hire periods and day restrictions?

The minimum hire period is 10 hours. Music events are confirmed for Fridays and Saturdays, so these spaces would only be available Sunday through Thursday for other event types during those periods.

Are there additional costs for bar services?

If you're supplying your own drinks, there's a mandatory bar buy-out fee of £3,000+VAT. For events requiring drinks service, Earth Kitchen specifically requires a minimum £5,000 spend on beverages in addition to the £2,000+VAT hire fee.

What technical facilities are included with each space?

All spaces include state-of-the-art PA and lighting systems valued at over £15,000. Earth Theatre features a spacious stage with cutting-edge AV capabilities, while Earth Hall has a club PA system and full nightclub lighting. Additional technical requirements like large screens or video technicians cost £2,000+VAT extra.

How does the booking process work for holding dates?

The venue can hold dates temporarily while you finalize details, but you must move quickly as popular dates are in high demand. Site visits can be arranged to view the spaces, and the venue requires confirmation of your own marketing channels and ticket sales capabilities for public events.

What catering options are available?

EartH works with approved catering suppliers rather than providing in-house catering. They can introduce you to their partners for food service, and Earth Kitchen includes kitchen facilities. The venue can accommodate various catering styles from breakfast meetings to evening receptions.

Can I hire multiple spaces together for larger events?

Yes, you can book the whole venue for £12,500+VAT, which includes exclusive hire of Earth Theatre, Earth Hall, Earth Kitchen, plus the roof terrace and green rooms. This package includes all staffing, security, and technical facilities across all spaces.
