What are the exact costs for hiring the Old Hall for a dinner event?

Room hire for the Old Hall & Crypt costs £2,750 for evening events (17:30 setup, 18:30-22:30 event, de-rig by 23:00). There is also a minimum food & beverage spend of £7,310, bringing the total minimum cost to £10,060 + VAT.

What are the standard event timings and access restrictions?

Events typically run until 16:00 with all guests departed by 16:30 for daytime events. Evening events can run until 22:30 with de-rig by 23:00, though extensions are available with bar closing at 00:00 and guests departing by 00:30 for an additional £960 + VAT.

When is Lincoln's Inn closed and unavailable for bookings?

The venue is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter (17 April from 15:00, reopening 28 April). No events can be booked during these closure periods.

What catering restrictions apply and what are the day delegate rates?

How far in advance should bookings be made and what is the booking process?

Bookings should be made well in advance as popular dates fill quickly. The venue can put dates on tentative hold while you decide. Autumn menu selections and pricing are typically confirmed later in the year for following year events.
