Opened by Queen Victoria in 1845, the Great Hall, complete with striking fresco, minstrel's gallery and a ceiling of beautifully worked oak, is described as one of the most impressive surviving buildings of its kind in London and provides a spectacular backdrop for dinners for up to 280 guests.
Complete with adjoining Bench Rooms, or East Terrace in fine weather, guests are welcomed for an arrival reception before making their way through imposing wooden doors to the magnificence of the Great Hall to dine.
