Frequently asked questions

The Terrace Room hire costs £2,300+VAT for evening events (18:00-23:30) and includes exclusive use of the 6th floor with facilities, 2 lifts, access to outdoor terraces, 135" LED screen, sound system, 4 microphones, background music, 5 uplighters, Wi-Fi, AV team support, terrace furniture, and outdoor plants. The space is self-contained with its own facilities.

The Terrace Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception style event or up to 70 guests for banqueting style seating. The space includes two outdoor terraces with panoramic views across London's skyline, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

Standard access times are 18:00-23:30 for evening events. Additional access from 7am or extended until 11:00pm costs £500+VAT per hour, subject to availability. Setup and breakdown times must be included within your hired time slot, so factor this into your booking duration.

Included AV: 135" LED screen, sound system, 4 microphones (lapel or roving), background music, 5 uplighters, Wi-Fi, and AV team support. Additional options include extra microphones at £45+VAT each, lectern with gooseneck microphone for £100+VAT, repetiteur plasma screens at £160+VAT each, and dedicated AV technician for 4 hours at £400+VAT or 8 hours at £650+VAT.

External catering is not permitted - all catering must be provided in-house by Vacherin. However, external AV suppliers can be used for an additional fee of £500+VAT. The venue provides comprehensive catering options including drinks packages, canapés, bowl food, and BBQ options.

The Terrace Room offers exclusive access to two outdoor terraces with stunning panoramic views across London's iconic skyline. The terraces come with outdoor furniture and plants, creating an ideal setting for wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, or photo opportunities with the city backdrop.

The venue offers spaces on 1st or 2nd option basis and will hold bookings for 5 working days while you decide. If no response is received within this timeframe, the booking is released to other interested clients. Site visits can be arranged to view the space before confirming your booking.

Events @ No 6 has been nominated as one of this year's top sustainable venues, making it ideal for couples seeking environmentally conscious wedding venues. The venue uses Fairtrade coffee and organic teas in their catering packages and focuses on sustainable practices throughout their operations.

Weekend room rental hire costs £3,500+VAT per day, which is significantly higher than weekday rates. The venue may offer different pricing for Fridays versus Saturdays, so it's worth asking about specific day-of-week pricing when enquiring about your wedding date.
