What are the mandatory catering minimums and popular wedding packages?
There is a catering minimum spend of £3,500+VAT for evening events. Popular wedding packages include the Christmas Canapes or Bowl Food Package at £139+VAT per person (includes room hire, glass of sparkling on arrival, eight canapés or four bowl food items, and three-hour unlimited house drinks). The venue also offers BBQ packages at £64+VAT per person with one hour unlimited drinks.
What are the standard access times and can they be extended for wedding setup?
Standard access times are 18:00-23:30 for evening events. Additional access from 7am or extended until 11:00pm costs £500+VAT per hour, subject to availability. Setup and breakdown times must be included within your hired time slot, so factor this into your booking duration.
