The Elizabeth Room is available for hire at £5,760 +VAT for a full day (08:00-17:00). Additional access outside these hours costs £500 +VAT per hour, subject to availability. Weekend rates for room rental start from £3,500 +VAT per day.

The Elizabeth Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for banquet-style seating. The space also features an adjacent foyer area that can hold up to 210 guests for standing reception, providing flexibility for pre-dinner drinks or networking.

The space features motorised blackout blinds for complete light control, 16 covered floor boxes with double electrical sockets throughout the room, and abundant natural light from deep-set floor-to-ceiling windows. The exposed coffered concrete walls and rich walnut wooden panelling provide varied textural backdrops.

Standard room hire includes a 163" LED wall with sound system, stage, lectern with microphone, 4 microphones (lapel or roving), comfort monitor and clicker, 2 relay screens for back audience, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated AV technician for 9 hours. External AV equipment can be brought in for an additional fee of £500 +VAT.

Catering minimum is 120 guests for day events. The Deluxe Working Package costs £50.95 +VAT per person and includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning pastries, hot fork lunch with plant-based and meat/fish options, two salads, bread rolls, dessert, elderflower fizz, and afternoon refreshments. All catering is provided in-house by Vacherin - external catering is not permitted.

Yes, when you hire the Elizabeth Room, you get exclusive use of the entire 1st floor including the adjacent foyer. The space functions as a designated event area, so no one can walk through while filming or an event is taking place, ensuring complete privacy and no disruptions.

Setup and breakdown times must be completed within the hired room times (typically 08:00-17:00). If additional time is needed for complex setups, this can be arranged at £500 +VAT per hour, subject to availability. Evening access for rehearsals or setup can be arranged for 4-hour blocks.

Spaces are typically held on first option for 5 working days while clients make decisions. The venue requires responses by end of play on specified dates or bookings are released to other interested clients. Payment terms and deposit requirements vary by event type and should be confirmed during the booking process.

Optional extras include additional microphones at £45 +VAT each, flipchart with pads and pens at £25 +VAT, colour light uplighters at £35 +VAT each (or £250 +VAT for set of ten), repetiteur plasma screens at £160 +VAT each, and extended AV technician time at £80 +VAT per additional hour.
