The Garden Terrace accommodates up to 15 guests for seated dining in T-shape setup, though they can accommodate one additional person. The Muse seats up to 22 guests maximum in boardroom setup. For larger celebrations requiring 75-100 guests, exclusive hire of The Hari Bar plus Garden Terrace is available for £3,000-£3,500 room hire.
What are the timing restrictions for wedding events?
Wedding events typically run from 17:00-23:30 for dinner celebrations. If you hire a DJ for larger celebrations, music must stop at 23:00. The venue offers flexibility with timing arrangements depending on the specific space and event format chosen.
Can we bring our own wedding cake and what are the restrictions?
You can only bring your own wedding cake, which incurs a £100 fee. All other food arrangements including canapés must come through The Hari's kitchen. No outside catering is permitted except for the wedding cake.
Are DJs and entertainment allowed for wedding celebrations?
You can bring your own DJ only at The Garden Terrace as it's a fully private venue. For larger celebrations requiring The Hari Bar exclusive hire, DJs are permitted but must stop playing at 23:00. Semi-private spaces like The Snug do not allow external DJs.
How do beverage costs work and what about cocktails?
All bottled beverages are charged on consumption and count toward your minimum spend. If you wish to enjoy cocktails, they need to be pre-ordered. The venue will inform you once your minimum spend is reached during the event.
What food pre-ordering requirements apply to wedding events?
The venue requires food pre-orders from all guests prior to the event. This applies whether you choose à la carte options at il Pampero or set menus for private dining spaces. Beverages are charged on consumption on the day.

What happens if we need to hold our wedding date?
