The Studio and Balcony at Science Gallery London

Evening hire (18:30-22:30) costs £2,500+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person. Half-day hire (13:00-17:00) is also £2,500+VAT with the same minimum catering requirement of £20+VAT per person (minimum 60 people). The Theatre can accommodate up to 120 people with the adjoining Atrium used for catering.

The Studio & Balcony offers two pricing structures: a Day Delegate Rate at £79+VAT per person (minimum 40 people) for full-day hire from 08:30-17:00, or room hire at £3,000+VAT plus minimum catering spend of £1,600+VAT. The Day Delegate Rate includes breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, full AV equipment, onsite technician, security, and event management.

The Theatre includes screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and mic, PA system and speakers, one roving mic, electronic pointer/clicker, ability to colour wash the space, and an AV technician as standard. The Studio includes full AV equipment and onsite technician with the Day Delegate Rate. Additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming.

The Theatre with Atrium can accommodate up to 120 people for seated events. The Studio comfortably seats 50 delegates in cabaret layout and includes use of the connecting Balcony with views of the Shard. Flexible setups are possible within the Studio including theatre, cabaret, boardroom, and standing receptions.

Tea/coffee costs £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch from £24+VAT per person, mini muffins £2.50+VAT per person, chocolate chip cookies £2.00+VAT per person, gluten free chocolate brownie bites £2.50+VAT per person, and chef's selection of biscuits £2.00+VAT per person. The Day Delegate Rate includes all meals and refreshments throughout the day.

For short lead bookings, confirmation is required by end of play the following day with full pre-payment required by close of play within a specified timeframe (typically within days of confirmation).
