Weekend events have a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday bookings regardless of the space used or event type.

The Classic Full Day Delegate Package costs £80 plus VAT per person (or £65 plus VAT on Mondays and Fridays) with a minimum of 30 guests. This includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, deli sandwich lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, cloakroom, and directional signage.

The venue can accommodate a maximum of 60 people for seated meals. This applies to all dining events including weddings, corporate dinners, and other seated functions.

For dancing with a DJ, you can hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if booked through the venue.

The Reception Only Wedding Package costs £171 including VAT per person (minimum 30 guests) and includes first floor venue hire 5pm-11pm, arrival nibbles and Prosecco, 5 canapés, 3 bowl foods, two-hour unlimited house wine/beer/soft drinks, bar setup, uplighters, PA system, microphones, iPad with Spotify, reception team, security, and unmanned cloakroom.

December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand. Early booking is essential for Christmas events and parties during this peak period.

Standard access times are typically 8am-5pm for day events. Evening events can run until 11pm, with late licenses available until midnight for an additional £500 plus VAT.

To secure your preferred date, you need to place a provision hold after receiving your bespoke proposal. The venue provides venue brochures, sample menus, and tailored proposals for each enquiry, and site visits can be arranged to view the spaces.

Upgrade options include healthy working lunch (additional £5.50 plus VAT per person), bowl food with 5 bowls per person (additional £11.50 plus VAT), and fork buffet lunch (additional £15.00 plus VAT). All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

For workshops and conferences, the Laurie Landeau and Fellows rooms or Council Chamber and Reception room are commonly recommended. For larger events requiring dancing, the first floor spaces including Council Chamber, Reception Room, Ann Ryland's Room and Rooftop Terrace can be combined.
