The standard package is £32.00 + VAT per person and includes exclusive use of the Main Bar area, private rooms, and covered Winter Terrace, 2 bowl/street food dishes per person (choose 6 options from menu), and 2 drinks per person including wines by the glass, beers, ciders, spirits with mixers, soft drinks and mocktails. Additional drinks and food are £8.00 + VAT each, with no hire fee or service charge applied.

What are the capacity limits for different areas of the venue?

The Main Bar Area accommodates 20-320 people (up to 350 with conference setup), the covered Sun/Winter Terrace holds up to 150-200 people with blankets and heaters, and the total venue capacity is 400 people across all areas. Private rooms include the Coffee Shop (60 people), DJ East (50 people), Chinatown (50 people), RUBELL's karaoke room (45 people), Secret Room karaoke (25 people), Subway East (20 people), and HIGHLINE (30 people).

What entertainment and activities are available?

Entertainment options include DJ services, karaoke in private rooms, social gaming activities (Table Football, Pool Table, Beer Pong, Party Limbo, Giant Jenga, Ping Pong), photobooth, PA screen with stage and microphone for presentations, cocktail masterclasses, popcorn machine, and soft whip ice cream machine. Live DJ sets cost £250, and social gaming packages are available for £300.

What are the operating hours and closing times?

The venue closes at 11pm. Events can be extended until 1:30am for an additional cost, as shown in some Christmas party packages where late closing is included in minimum spend arrangements.

Are there minimum spend requirements or deposits needed?

For smaller reserved areas (around 25 people), a refundable deposit of £100 is required. They can arrange drinks tokens for events and also provide reserved area bookings where guests pay individually rather than using a set package. What food options are available and can we customize the menu?

The venue offers over 25 bowl/street food options including numerous vegetarian and vegan choices. You can choose 6 options from their menu brochure for your event, with packages typically including 2-5 dishes per person depending on the package selected. Additional bowl food can be added at £8.00 + VAT each.

Yes, HUCKSTER accommodates corporate events and conferences with full A/V presentation equipment, stage setup, PA screen, microphone, and cabaret/theatre seating arrangements. Conference packages start at £48.00 + VAT per person and include 4 bowl food dishes and 2 drinks per person, with exclusive use of the venue and breakout rooms.

What is the booking process and how far in advance should we book?

The venue manager is on site most days until 6pm/7pm for viewings and discussions. You can book through their website at hucksterlondon.co.uk/book/ or contact them directly. They respond to availability requests promptly and can accommodate events with relatively short notice, though advance booking is recommended for exclusive hire events.

HUCKSTER is located at 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington, London W2 6BD, just 2-3 minutes' walk from Paddington Station and the Elizabeth Line. This central West London location provides excellent transport links and easy access for guests arriving by train or tube.
