Sporting a wall engraved with the Champagne region of France, above a wall length riddling rack, with a wall mounted plasma screen, this room is perfect for celebrations for up to 12 people seated and 20 standing. Plenty of natural light and views of the ever changing station scenery, with wonderful views of the architecture of the Barlow Shed complement the decor perfectly.

The Tasting Room requires £100 per person including VAT with plasma screen and Wi-Fi included. The Champagne Lounge has a £1,250-£1,500 minimum spend including VAT for up to 50 guests (mix of seating and standing). The Kitchen Bar requires a £1,500-£3,500 minimum spend including VAT for up to 100 guests standing or 50 seated. For exclusive hire of the entire Brasserie, minimum spend is £10,000-£23,400 including VAT with capacity for 170 seated or 350 standing.

Most spaces require 50% of the minimum spend plus a signed contract to secure the booking, with the remainder due at least 30 days prior to the event. The Champagne Lounge option requires £500 upfront as a deposit towards pre-order, with the remainder made up on the day through guest contributions. For exclusive Brasserie hire, 50% of minimum spend plus 100% of the hire fee is required upfront.

Yes, a 13% discretionary service charge applies to the total bill and does not contribute toward your minimum spend. If your food and beverage spending doesn't meet the minimum spend requirement, the shortfall is charged as a hire fee. Some exclusive hire options have separate hire fees ranging from £2,000-£3,500 including VAT.

Semi-private spaces within the Brasserie and Champagne Bar do not allow music as it would interfere with regular service in other areas. Cloakroom facilities are not available for semi-private bookings. These spaces operate within the venue's normal service hours and maintain the ambient atmosphere of the restaurant.

Events typically run from 17:00-22:00 for semi-private spaces, with the Champagne Lounge closing at 21:00. The Tasting Room can accommodate day events from 09:30-15:00. Exclusive Brasserie hire extends to 23:30 or 01:00 depending on the package. All timings are subject to the venue's operating hours and licensing restrictions.

The Tasting Room package includes plasma screen, Wi-Fi access, flipchart on request, branded notepads and pencils, and bottled still and sparkling water replenished throughout the day. Other spaces provide basic venue hire with access to the restaurant's facilities. External entertainment and additional AV equipment are sourced separately and charged additionally.

The venue works with external artists and suppliers for entertainment, which is charged separately once agreed with the suppliers. For exclusive hire, services like dedicated event planner, guest list check-in, cloakroom service, full staffing, and security are included. Semi-private spaces have more restrictions on external additions due to the shared nature of the venue.

Menus are seasonally inspired using fresh British produce and are subject to seasonal changes. Classic 3-course menus start from £50 per person, with upgrade options to Soirée or Deluxe menus available. The venue offers bespoke packages and various drinks packages. All food and beverage spending contributes toward your minimum spend requirement.

The venue is not suitable for conferences as they don't have lecture facilities. The spaces are designed for dining, drinks receptions, and social events rather than formal presentations or educational gatherings. For conference needs, the venue suggests considering their other locations that may have appropriate facilities.

The Champagne Lounge is described as sheltered but considered outdoor space, offering natural light and full cover. It's part of the longest Champagne Bar in Europe with stunning views of St Pancras International Station's historic architecture. Using the Champagne Lounge for outdoor-style receptions requires an additional £500 toward your minimum spend on top of the base requirements.
