The Private Dining Area at COMO The Halkin accommodates up to 50 seated guests (maximum 65 standing). The White Room at COMO Metropolitan London seats up to 50 guests for dinner (maximum 65-70 standing for receptions). The Met Lounge is designed for intimate dinners up to 10 guests with natural daylight.
What are the payment and booking requirements?
100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract to secure any reservation. Payment details and the contract are provided upon confirmation of your booking. Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days while awaiting confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy for private dining events?
Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all private dining bookings regardless of the space or minimum spend amount.
What are the food and beverage pricing options?
3-course dinner menus start from £75 per person, 4-course menus from £95 per person, and 5-course menus from £110 per person. House wine starts from £42 per bottle, house champagne from £105 per bottle, and beer from £9-£10 per bottle. Canapés are available at £30 per person for 5 pieces or £45 per person for 10 pieces.
Is external catering permitted for private dining events?
No, external catering is not permitted due to the hotel's health and safety regulations. All food and beverages must be provided by COMO's in-house catering team, and you must meet the minimum spend requirements on their menu offerings.
What service charges and additional fees apply?
A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all final food and beverage bills. This is in addition to the minimum spend requirement and is not included in the quoted menu prices or minimum spend amounts.
