Individual catering options include: unlimited tea/coffee throughout the day £17.50 per person, tea/coffee with snacks £7 per person per serving, tea/coffee only £4 per person per serving, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, hot/cold fork buffet £29 per person, and working lunch buffet £24.50 per person. All prices include VAT.

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days from the quote date. To confirm, you need a signed contract and payment, with specific deadlines communicated (e.g., "by 14 BST on 22 April"). If not confirmed within the timeframe, bookings are automatically released from the system.

Capacity varies by room and setup: Marylebone accommodates maximum 45 people in theatre style, Bond Street up to 90 people theatre style, Hyde Park up to 200 people classroom style or 500 people total. Park Lane ballroom holds up to 280 people theatre style or 240 for reception, with built-in stage and adjoining Albert Hall suite.

Standard room hire includes 85" TV with HDMI cable, screen, LCD projector, and flipchart. Additional AV services available: PA system from £750, microphones from £100, AV technician from £750. All meeting rooms have unlimited Wi-Fi, and some have built-in screens and hearing loops.
