The Coors Lounge is great for press conferences, meetings or casual receptions for up to 200 guests, standing or seating theatre style. The room can also be divided with partitions if the full space isn't required, allowing for more of a cosy feel. With a built in bar and a kitchenette, we are already set up to cater with ease from this space too. If using the OVO Arena as the main space for a larger scale event, this space is included within the venue hire can be used as a breakout area or as back of house.

You need to complete a booking form which will be provided after your initial enquiry to enquiries@ovoarena.co.uk. Based on available pricing examples, venue hire ranges from £12,500-£35,000 plus VAT for live days (up to 12 hours), with set-up days costing £12,500-£20,000 plus VAT. The Coors Lounge (Business space) may be included within main arena hire for larger events or available separately for smaller functions up to 200 guests.

The Coors Lounge can accommodate up to 200 guests for press conferences, meetings, or casual receptions in either standing or theatre-style seating configurations. The room can be divided with partitions if the full space isn't required, allowing for a more intimate feel for smaller groups.

Catering packages include arrival tea/coffee and pastries, sandwich bag lunches at £40 per person plus VAT, street food options from £35 per person plus VAT, and three-course dinners at £95 per person plus VAT. The Business space has a built-in bar and kitchenette, making it well-equipped for catering services.

The Coors Lounge includes a built-in PA system as standard. For larger events requiring additional AV equipment like screens, projectors, microphones, and technical support, these would be quoted separately based on specific requirements and may require third-party suppliers.

The venue handles various event types including corporate events, conferences, concerts, and private functions. Live events and concerts are managed by a separate programming team with different contact procedures. Events can run up to 12 hours, with build and de-rig typically completed within the same timeframe.

Additional costs may include backstage security, enhanced front of house security if required, forklifts and drivers, additional draping and barriers, IT support, and production-specific requests. These are quoted based on individual event requirements and risk assessments.
