The maximum standing capacity is 700 people. The venue is 875 sqm² with a beautiful glass-vaulted ceiling that reaches 14.75m high at its highest point, providing ample space for pop-up events and exhibitions.

Included furniture comprises 491 banqueting chairs, 160 trestle tables, 44 round tables (5ft 6in), 8 poseur tables, 503 exam desks, 10 café tables, 40 café chairs, 13 pipe & drape units, 11 wooden screens, hoist & truss system, 70m of curtains, 3 double-decker coat rails, and 1 lectern. You also get dedicated Wi-Fi of 1gb/s up/download speed.

The venue hire includes two cloakroom attendants, one security guard, operations staff, pre and post-event cleaning, and one dedicated cleaner provided for the duration of your tenancy. These staff costs are built into the base hire price.

Yes, potential additional costs include: hardwired 1GB internet (£1,000), late date change admin fee (£500 for changes within 1 month), TENS licence extension (£1,000 per hour for events beyond midnight), supplier buyout fees as applicable, and £750 per hour for unauthorised items left behind. North Annexe projector and AV costs £800.

This is a dry hire venue that works with an approved list of caterers and AV/production companies. You can reach out to suppliers from their approved list, and there may be supplier buyout fees if you wish to use non-approved vendors.

The venue has large on-site kitchens available as part of your exclusive hire. For events requiring multiple cooking stations, the venue can accommodate various setups including frying stations, pasta boilers with induction hobs, electric pizza ovens, and induction cooking stations, though specific power requirements should be confirmed during planning.

The venue has very limited storage available on-site. There is a basement area that can be used for storage or as a café space, but for events requiring significant storage, you should plan accordingly or inquire about nearby storage options.

Your hire period includes setup and breakdown time within the booked hours. Events typically run during standard hours, but you can extend with TENS licence for later finishes (up to 2am Monday-Saturday, 1am Sunday) at £1,000 per hour.
