Full day hire (08:00-00:00) costs £13,000 + VAT, 12-hour hire costs £10,000 + VAT, and 6-hour hire costs £8,750 + VAT. This includes exclusive use of the Main Hall, North Annexe, Mezzanine, Organisers Office, Kitchen, and Café, plus extensive furniture (491 banqueting chairs, 160 trestle tables, 44 round tables), hoist & truss, cloakroom, dedicated Wi-Fi, and staffing (two cloakroom attendants, 1 security guard, ops staff, plus pre/post event cleaning and one dedicated cleaner during tenancy).

The Lindley Hall offers 875 sqm² of uninterrupted floor space with a maximum standing capacity of 700 people. The venue features a beautiful glass-vaulted ceiling that reaches 14.75m high at the highest point, providing abundant natural light that can be fully blacked out if required.

Additional hours cost £750 per hour, late date changes within 1 month incur a £500 admin fee, and TENS licence extensions cost £1,000 per hour (up to 2am Monday-Saturday, 1am Sunday). Hardwired 1GB internet costs £1,000, North Annexe projector and AV costs £800, and there are supplier buyout fees as applicable.

Yes, this is a dry hire venue, meaning you must use their approved list of caterers and AV/production suppliers. The venue provides brochures with approved suppliers, and you cannot bring in external caterers or suppliers without going through their approval process.

The venue includes large on-site kitchens and can accommodate various cooking stations including frying equipment, pasta boilers, induction hobs, and electric pizza ovens. However, specific power requirements and the number of cooking stations allowed depend on your setup and must be discussed with the operations team during planning.

The venue has very limited storage on-site. For exhibitions, art fairs, or events requiring significant storage, you'll need to arrange external storage solutions nearby or plan for minimal storage requirements during your event setup.

Setup typically begins at 08:00 on event day, but earlier access may be available for additional hourly fees. Events must end by midnight (00:00) for full day hire, with TENS licence extensions available until 2am Monday-Saturday or 1am Sunday for £1,000 per hour.

The venue includes hoist & truss systems, dedicated Wi-Fi of 1gb/s up/download, and basic venue furniture. North Annexe projector and AV costs an additional £800, and you'll need to hire projectors and screens through approved suppliers. The venue can accommodate back projection screens and has capacity for various technical setups.

The venue accommodates a wide range of events including exhibitions, fashion shows, product launches, and corporate events. Cooking activities are permitted with proper planning, and the space can be split to accommodate different areas. However, all suppliers and activities must be approved through their established processes.

Date changes made within 1 month of your original event date incur a £500 late change admin fee, subject to availability. Earlier date changes may not incur this fee, but all changes must be confirmed with the venue team and depend on their booking calendar.
