Full day hire (08:00-00:00) costs £13,000 + VAT, 12-hour hire costs £10,000 + VAT, and 6-hour hire costs £8,750 + VAT. The base price includes exclusive use of Main Hall, North Annexe, Mezzanine, Organisers Office, Kitchen, and Café, plus extensive furniture (491 banqueting chairs, 160 trestle tables, 44 round tables), two cloakroom attendants, one security guard, ops staff, and dedicated cleaning throughout your event.

Lindley Hall has a maximum standing capacity of 700 people. For events requiring more than 700 guests, Lawrence Hall can accommodate up to 1,500 standing, 900 for dinner, or 1,000 for conferences, but it's only available during Westminster School holidays as it's leased by the school.

Additional costs include: hardwired 1GB internet (£1,000), late date change admin fee (£500 if changed within 1 month), TENS licence extension for events past midnight (£1,000 per hour up to 2am Monday-Saturday, 1am Sunday), additional hours beyond your package (£750 per hour), North Annexe projector and AV (£800), and modular stage with steps, rails, and ramp (£300). Unauthorised items left behind incur £750 per hour storage costs.

Royal Horticultural Halls operates as a dry hire venue with an approved suppliers list for catering and AV/production services. While you work with their approved caterers, supplier buyout fees may apply if you wish to use external vendors not on their approved list.

Your hire period must include all setup, event time, and breakdown within the contracted hours. Events typically require several hours for setup before guests arrive and clearing afterward, so factor this into your total hire duration when choosing between 6-hour (£8,750), 12-hour (£10,000), or full day (£13,000) packages.

The venue can accommodate various event types including exhibitions, fashion shows, galas, and corporate events. For events extending past standard licensing hours, you'll need a TENS licence extension at £1,000 per hour. The venue has cooking facilities available for events requiring food preparation stations, though specific restrictions on cooking equipment types may apply.

The venue includes dedicated Wi-Fi of 1GB/s up/download speed and hoist & truss systems. North Annexe projector and AV setup is available for £800 additional. For more extensive AV requirements, you'll work with their approved AV/production suppliers who can provide screens, sound systems, lighting, and staging solutions.

The venue offers 1-month holds on dates while you finalize details. Based on the correspondence, popular dates book up quickly, and some dates may already have holds or confirmed events. Contact them directly to check availability for your preferred date and discuss placing a hold while you develop your event plans.

The venue has very limited storage available on-site. If you need significant storage for event materials, decorations, or equipment, you should plan for external storage solutions or coordinate with your suppliers for delivery and removal on the day of your event.
