For example, the Hall of India & Pakistan requires £3,250 plus VAT per day minimum spend, while smaller events may have lower minimums starting around £1,500 plus VAT. The venue offers several dining packages including a £137 plus VAT per person gala dinner package (minimum 60 guests) with arrival sparkling wine, three-course meal, half bottle of house wine, port, cheese platter, and room hire from 6pm-11pm. Wedding packages start at £244 plus VAT per person (minimum 30 guests) including one-hour reception, canapés, three-course dinner, wine, and champagne toast.

No, Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to very limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services, and this policy applies to all dining events including weddings, corporate dinners, and private celebrations.

Dining capacities vary by room: the Princess Alexandra Hall seats 40 guests on round tables with dance floor space or 80 guests cabaret style, the Hall of India & Pakistan seats 80-120 guests on round tables, and smaller spaces like the Park Room accommodate 12 guests for round table dining. Maximum standing reception capacity is typically higher than seated dining.

Access times vary by event type and room. Wedding dinners typically run 6pm-11pm, corporate events often have 8am-5pm access, and evening dining events usually finish by 11pm. The venue requires full vacation by specified times, and setup times are included in the hire period rather than provided as additional access.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning, and entertainment like pianists start from £250-£300. Choice menus (maximum 3 options per course) add £11 plus VAT per person.

To confirm booking, provide written confirmation with contact details and billing address. A signed contract plus deposit (100% of room hire and minimum catering spend, or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation.
