The Park Room is the most intimate of ROSL's meeting rooms. Situated on the ground floor with large bay windows overlooking Green Park. This room is an ideal central London venue for small meetings and intimate dinners.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire costs vary by space, with examples including £1,500-£3,200 plus VAT for individual rooms. All bookings require minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on the space and event type. The venue does not offer dry hire - catering must be provided by Six Park Place's in-house team.

The Park Room accommodates up to 14 guests for boardroom meetings, 15 for receptions, 12 for round table dining, and 12 for theatre-style seating. Other business spaces range from 40-150 guests depending on layout, with Princess Alexandra Hall seating 80 cabaret style or 100 on round tables.

Access typically begins from 08:00-14:00 depending on the event type, with full vacation required by 17:00-23:00. Day delegate packages usually run 09:00-17:00, while evening events can extend until 23:00-23:30 with prior arrangement.

Day delegate packages range from £85-£193 plus VAT per person with minimum numbers of 80-100 guests. Packages include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, morning refreshments, working lunch or fork buffet, room hire, AV equipment (screen, projector, sound system, microphone, lectern), and dedicated event management.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contracts and invoicing plus billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage on final invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). All prices quoted are plus VAT at 20%. Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning if required.

Most business spaces include screen, projector, sound system, handheld and lapel microphones, lectern, stage (where applicable), and manned cloakroom. Princess Alexandra Hall features integrated audio-visual systems with advanced technology and superb acoustics designed for performances.

All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the Event Team. The venue maintains standards in keeping with the Clubhouse environment. For garden events, only jazz, classical or acoustic background music is permitted - no amplified music.

Options include working lunches (£31.50 plus VAT per person), fork buffets (£44 plus VAT per person), three-course dinners (£137-£140 plus VAT per person), and various reception packages. All guests must be served the same menu except for dietary requirements, with choice menus available for £11 plus VAT per person supplement.

Six Park Place is home to the Royal Over-Seas League members' club, so events must be appropriate for the Clubhouse environment. Members retain access to designated areas during events. Garden hire requires approval from the Director General's Office, and music must be classical, jazz, or acoustic only.
