Rose Heilbron Room is located on the ground floor filled with natural day light, creating perfect ambiance for meetings and team away days up to 22 delegates. The room includes an interactive Clevertouch 75" plasma screen with hybrid meetings for up to 10 guests, or LCD screen and projector for up to 22 delegates meetings.




Frequently asked questions

The Large Pension Room costs £1,450+VAT for a full day (08:00-17:00) or £1,305+VAT with a 10% charity discount applied. The Bingham Room is £1,350+VAT for a full day or £675+VAT for a half-day (09:00-13:00). Sunday hire for the Large Pension Room is £1,595+VAT per day, with special rates available for multiple Sunday bookings.

The Large Pension Room includes a screen, lectern, and 3 microphones as standard. The Bingham Room comes equipped with a projector and screen with integrated ceiling speakers, a 75-inch CleverTouch TV, and 2 handheld microphones. All AV equipment is included in the room hire price.

The Large Pension Room accommodates up to 110 people in theatre style, 60 in banqueting round tables, or 50 in banqueting long table format. The Bingham Room holds up to 60 people in theatre style or 30 in boardroom layout.

Package 1 costs £55+VAT per person and includes tea/coffee/pastries on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, gourmet sandwich lunch with crisps and fruit, and afternoon tea/coffee/cake. Package 2 is £75+VAT per person with breakfast baps on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, a fork buffet with 3 main courses/1 salad/1 dessert, and afternoon refreshments. Both include still/sparkling water throughout.

100% payment is required six weeks before the event. Quotes are valid for 30 days from receipt and may be subject to change after this period. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Viewings are available Monday to Friday between 09:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:30. You can contact the venue directly at 020 7458 7960 to arrange a viewing and check availability for your preferred date and time.

There is usually an extra charge for room use after 5pm, though this may be waived on occasion. For example, one quote showed hire of rooms from 09:00-21:00 for £2,500+VAT with the after-hours charge waived as a special arrangement.

Venue hire does not include decorations, so you'll need to arrange these separately. You can bring your own cake but will need to sign a disclaimer on arrival. The venue appears to have restrictions on external catering, as they offer their own catering packages.

Room hire includes the specified AV equipment, but excludes catering, decorations, and additional services. Basic refreshments like tea, coffee, and pastries can be added for £8.50+VAT per person as a separate item.

Some quotes mention a minimum spend option of £40+VAT per person on food and beverage as an alternative to fixed room hire. For corporate events, there are also all-inclusive packages starting from £114+VAT per person that include venue hire, catering, and basic services.
