Located on the lower ground floor, the Theatre's large screen (3.36m x 2.1m) is ideal for intimate screenings. The theatre offers an abundance of AV options to suit your needs. Included within the hire are a PC, screen lectern with microphone, AV tech and colour wash lighting to set the theatre to your departmental or event theme colour

Evening hire (18:30-22:30) costs £2,500+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person. Half-day hire (13:00-17:00) is also £2,500+VAT with the same minimum catering requirement of £20+VAT per person (minimum 60 people). Day delegate rates are available at £79+VAT per person with a minimum of 40 people.

Standard evening hire runs from 18:30-22:30 and half-day hire from 13:00-17:00. Custom timings can be arranged, such as 15:30-18:30, though this may affect pricing and minimum spend requirements depending on the specific booking circumstances.

Tea/coffee costs £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch from £24+VAT per person, mini muffins £2.50+VAT per person, cookies £2.00+VAT per person, and gluten-free brownie bites £2.50+VAT per person. The day delegate rate at £79+VAT includes breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.
