Weekend events require a minimum spend of £15,000 to open the venue, as 116 Pall Mall only operates during weekdays under normal circumstances. This minimum applies to the total event cost including venue hire, catering, and any additional services.

Standard venue hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. Events extending beyond these hours incur additional charges of £1,250 + VAT per hour before 8:00am or after 5:00pm, with late access available until 1:00am.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of signing the contract to secure your booking. The venue accepts payment by BACS transfer, over the phone, or via payment link (AMEX not accepted via payment link). AMEX payments are accepted via PDQ machine over the phone but incur an additional 5% charge of the invoice value.

Contracts must be signed promptly to secure dates, as spaces remain available to other clients until contracted. The venue can place other enquiries on 48-hour deadline to make decisions when multiple clients are interested in the same date.

The Nash Room accommodates 184 cabaret style or 350 standing, the Carlton Room holds 120 banquet with reception space or 180 banquet only or 300 standing, and the Waterloo Room fits 140 standing. Additional spaces like St James rooms accommodate 32-50 people depending on layout.

External catering is strictly forbidden at the venue. All catering must be provided by Searcys, the in-house caterers. Set menus are required with one dish choice per course for the entire party, and dietary requirements are catered for separately. Table plans and name places must be provided on the event day.

AV services are available as add-ons and must be quoted separately based on specific requirements. Equipment can include screens, projectors, microphones (lapel and handheld), and staging. Technical specifications and pricing depend on the complexity of your setup requirements.

Event packages typically include security and cloakroom services as standard. Additional costs may include Christmas theming and decorations for seasonal events, DJ and dancefloor hire, and specific AV requirements. All prices are quoted plus VAT.

116 Pall Mall is fully accessible with accessible toilets, lift access, and ramp access. The venue is located 5 minutes' walk from Piccadilly Circus and 4 minutes' walk from Charing Cross station, making it highly accessible by public transport.
