Private Suite 10 is individually designed in a signature colour to make the most of the natural daylight anfthe contemporary design. The beautifully decorated room can host a stylish boardroom for up to 6 delegates and is located in a private self-contained area, on the mezzanine floor, making it eas to hold seoarate meetings in a close proximity.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire for the Pop-up space is £1,000 including VAT with a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge on F&B). The minimum spend gives flexibility to build your own package but actual costs may be higher depending on your requirements.

The Pop-up space can accommodate up to 40 guests for private dining events. The space is designed as a Private Dining Room, making it ideal for seated dinner parties and intimate corporate events.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. Since the Pop-up space accommodates up to 40 guests, security would not be mandatory for this venue.

The Pop-up space includes air conditioning, dimmer controls, internet connection, LCD projector, room control system, screen, staging capabilities, and Wi-Fi connection as standard features.

Standard event timings are typically 18:30-00:00 for evening events. Access arrangements can be discussed based on your specific requirements, with setup time available before guest arrival.

Initial quotes are provided on a joint option basis, meaning the space is offered first-come-first-serve to multiple clients. You must confirm if you want a provisional hold placed on the booking, and rates are typically valid for 5 working days.

The venue offers flexible catering options within the minimum F&B spend, including three-course meals, Christmas packages, and various dining formats. Halal catering options are available, and the venue can accommodate specific dietary requirements including alcohol-free events.

A 10% service charge applies to all Food & Beverage consumption (not included in the minimum spend). All other standard venue facilities are included in the room hire, with additional AV requirements potentially incurring extra costs.

Specific cancellation policies and payment terms are subject to the venue's Terms & Conditions. Rates quoted are valid for 5 working days, after which the venue reserves the right to re-quote.
