Frequently asked questions

The Pop-up space requires a room hire fee of £1,000 plus a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build your own package but actual costs may be higher depending on your requirements.

Based on the venue's meeting room capacities, the Pop-up space can accommodate various layouts for corporate events, meetings, and presentations. All meeting rooms are equipped with free WiFi access and standard AV equipment including LCD projectors and PA systems.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For events with 50-100 guests, one security officer is required, costing £180 minimum per event.

Standard AV equipment includes LCD projectors, PA systems, screens, and microphones. For more complex setups like The May Fair Theatre, screening packages cost £2,200 inclusive of VAT, with Q&A packages at £650 inclusive of VAT.

Initial quotes are provided as joint options (not on hold) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. You must confirm if you want a provisional hold placed on the booking.

The venue offers flexible catering from the minimum spend, including options for halal catering (meat must be halal certified). Day Delegate Rates are available at £120 per person including three coffee breaks, working buffet lunch, and meeting room hire with 90 attendee minimums.

Events typically run during standard business hours with access from 18:30 onwards for evening events. Setup time can be arranged from earlier in the day, such as 18:30 access for events starting later in the evening.

The venue accommodates various corporate events, meetings, and presentations. For filming requirements, a pre-approval filming form must be completed and approved by the hotel before any proposal can be provided.

All bookings include a dedicated Events Executive for pre-event coordination and Event Manager for the day itself, complimentary high-speed wireless internet, stationery box, and access to The May Fair Atrium for breaks and networking.

For consecutive day bookings, availability may be limited due to existing contracts. Alternative dates may be offered if preferred dates are unavailable. All rates are subject to the venue's Terms & Conditions with service charges additional to quoted prices.
