Yes, Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with a minimum of 100 attendees. The package includes glass of prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, half bottle of water, coffee and mince pies, black linen and centrepiece decorations, and May Fair Christmas crackers.

A 10% service charge applies to all food and beverage orders, which is exclusive of the quoted minimum spend. For some events, a 12.5% service charge may apply instead.

What is the booking status and how long are quotes valid?
Quotes are typically offered on a 'joint option' basis, meaning the space is offered to multiple clients on a first-come-first-serve basis and is not on hold. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote.

For events over 50 guests, security is mandatory at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement (1 security guard per 50-100 guests). All rates are subject to the hotel's Terms & Conditions.
